Grief & loss
Making space for big feelings after loss — room to remember, grieve, and heal at your own pace.
Overview
Grief is not a problem to fix — it is love with nowhere to go, and it deserves care. Children and adults grieve differently and on different timelines, and loss can come in many forms: a death, a move, a divorce, a placement change, or a dream that didn't come true.
We create space to remember, to feel, and to slowly rebuild. For children, that often means expressing grief through play, art, and story; for adults, it may mean processing the loss itself or the life changes that follow it. There is no right way to grieve — only your way, supported.
